The Studio SJ – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how physical products from The Studio SJ are processed, packaged, and delivered. Because every order is custom-crafted to your specifications, our shipping timelines and procedures reflect the care and precision that go into each item.


What We Ship

The Studio SJ ships the following physical items:

  • Premium albums

  • Luxury prints and wall art

  • Specialty keepsakes

  • Gift cards (physical, if chosen)

Digital images and downloadable products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.


Production Time

All physical products are made-to-order, which means production begins after your order is submitted and approved.

Typical production timelines:

  • Albums: 10–14 business days

  • Prints & Wall Art: 7–12 business days

  • Specialty Products: Varies by vendor (usually 7–14 business days)

Production times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.


Shipping Timeframes

Once your product is complete, it is shipped directly from our professional print labs.

Our standard shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
    (Available only for select products)

Shipping time begins after production is complete.


Shipping Locations

The Studio SJ ships physical products to clients within the United States.
If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and rates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The product ordered

  • Shipping destination

  • Size and weight of the item

  • Shipping method selected

Large wall art or oversized pieces may incur additional charges due to packaging requirements.


Local Pickup

At this time, local pickup is not standard, but may be arranged on a case-by-case basis for urgent orders or special circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • Tracking information (when available)

Some specialty vendors do not provide tracking; if this applies to your item, we will notify you ahead of time.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and item

  2. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  3. We will replace the item at no cost to you

All claims must be made within the 72-hour window so we can file with the lab and shipper.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, postal delays can happen.
If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please notify us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.

The Studio SJ is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to client error

  • Delays caused by USPS/UPS/FedEx

  • Weather-related shipping disruptions


Returns & Refunds

All physical products are final sale due to their custom nature.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will promptly replace it (see above).
