Studio Policies
1. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session.
This fee guarantees your date, time, and preparation for your shoot.
Full sessions & mini sessions require their full booking fee at checkout.
Ladies Night requires a $199 booking fee (includes $99 toward photos).
VIP Pass purchases are final and non-refundable.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment is completed.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Client Cancellations
Because we reserve studio time, sets, props, and staffing specifically for you:
Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
You may reschedule one time if you provide at least 72 hours' notice.
Less than 72 hours' notice = booking forfeited and a new booking fee is required.
Studio Cancellations
If unforeseen circumstances require us to reschedule, we will offer:

OR full transfer of your booking fee to another session type
3. Late Arrival Policy
We run a tight schedule to ensure every client receives the full experience.
Arriving 10+ minutes late may shorten your session.
Arriving 20+ minutes late may result in forfeiting your session.
No refunds will be given for lost time or missed sessions due to tardiness.
4. Editing & Image Delivery
All purchased images include Studio SJ’s signature editing style.
Editing includes:
Skin smoothing
Color grading
Lighting enhancement
Minor blemish removal
Editing does not include:
Major body reshaping
Changing wardrobe
Re-shooting sets
Extreme photo manipulation
Image galleries are delivered digitally within typical timeframes:
Full Sessions: 0-2 days
Mini Sessions: 0–2 days
Ladies Night: 1–4 days
Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.
5. Image Selection & Storage
Your gallery will be available for 14 days to make your selections.
After 14 days:
Galleries may be archived
A reactivation fee may apply
|Unpurchased images may be deleted after 60 days
Purchased images remain available for long-term access and backup.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is always our top priority.
We NEVER share your images without explicit written permission.
All images remain private unless you choose to sign a model release.
You can choose exactly which images (if any) you allow for sharing.
Your comfort and trust mean everything to us.
7. Guests & Studio Etiquette
To keep the studio experience relaxing and productive:
Please avoid bringing guests unless approved in advance.
No children are allowed during boudoir sessions.
Phones must remain on silent during shooting.
We want you to have a calm, empowering experience from start to finish.
8. Wardrobe & Personal Items
You are welcome to bring outfits and accessories for your session.
We recommend:
Steaming outfits beforehand
Avoiding tight clothing before arrival
Bringing heels, jewelry, and layering options
While we do our best to protect items, The Studio SJ is not responsible for:
Lost items
Damaged clothing
Forgotten belongings
9. Ladies Night Policies
Ladies Nights have additional policies due to their event-style format.
Ladies Night booking fee is non-refundable.
Photos are sold separately based on the event pricing tiers.
Respect for all other participants is mandatory — this is an uplifting space.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
10. VIP Pass Policies
Valid for unlimited Ladies Night attendance for 12 months.
Photo purchases from each event are required to continue attending.
Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
VIPs may receive early access or exclusive events when offered.
11. Safety & Consent
The Studio SJ is a photography space built on trust, consent, and empowerment.
You may decline any pose that feels uncomfortable.
You may stop the session at any time.
Your comfort is always our #1 priority.
If you ever need adjustments, breaks, or reassurance, just tell us — we’ve got you.
12. Acknowledgement
Booking a session with us means you agree to all Studio SJ policies listed above.
We designed these guidelines to protect your experience, your images, our time, and the quality of the art we create together.
